Cathead biscuits are perfect for a breakfast sandwich or cutting scones or pastries for strawberry shortcake. They're a little oversized, but ideal for when you need something a little larger. Handmade in Tennessee, using Black Walnut, Cherry and Maple. I refer to these biscuit cutters as functional art.
